The hop N Hog opened its doors in 2015. At our log cabin smokehouse, we politely borrowed the Kanas BBQ rulebook while pioneering our own unique style. Over the years, that style has evolved into a fusion of BBQ cultures and flavors that we refer to simply as ‘Canadian BBQ’.

Surrounded by the lush green mountains of BC, we harvest our alder from the valleys around us. The smoke is deep, tangy and Delicious. So pull up a chair, Loosen your belt a notch and dive into plates that taste as good as the mountains that surround us.
